Ceramix in Color is a 5-session Summer class for BIWOC/QTPOC looking for a way to do some creative healing! Although this course was designed as a generative space for BIWOC/QTPOC educators and facilitators to do some much deserved healing and re-energizing, the course is open to all BIWOC/QTPOC who need a little creativity and racial healing in their lives this summer.

We will meet weekly on Tuesdays from 10am-1pm at the Tassajara Pottery Studio in El Cerrito, California to learn pottery techniques and create vessels and shapes that invite restoration and engage in racial healing practices. Each week, we will begin with embodied practices to release and ground, followed by learning and exploring new ways to work and play with clay.
